Participants took either 3DPump Breakthrough® (3g L-Citrulline, 1.2g Glycerol, 165g Amla Fruit Extract) or 8g L-Citrulline alone before an aerobic and resistance workout. Results demonstrated that 3DPump Breakthrough® produced synergistic effects on performance biomarkers. In addition, it matched the performance of 8g L-Citrulline in improving muscular endurance, reducing muscle damage and inflammation, and increasing muscle girth, while also reporting 50% fewer adverse events.
